Anthony Chmielewski (b. 2002) is a percussionist, composer, and educator from Cypress, Texas who is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music Education degree at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. At TCU, he has performed with a variety of ensembles, including the TCU Percussion Orchestra, Wind Symphony, Symphony Orchestra, and Horned Frog Marching Band.
With the Percussion Orchestra, Anthony performed at the 2022 Percussive Arts Society International Convention (PASIC) after the ensemble won the International Percussion Ensemble Competition (IPEC). Additionally, Anthony won first place in the University Keyboard division of the 2022 PASIC Individual and Ensemble Competition.
Anthony is currently studying percussion with Dr. Brian West, Jeffrey Hodge, Joey Carter, and Dr. Richard Gipson.
