August Pappas is a percussionist working and teaching in Nashville Tennessee. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Percussion Performance from the University of Michigan where he studied under Jonathan Ovalle, Joseph Gramley, Ian Ding and Cary Kocher. Currently, August plays in and around Nashville, primarily with Fulton Lee as well as the Pale Sun Trio.
